Kiwanian of the Day

Kiwanian of the day, Wil Koester, invited Iroquois County States Attorney Jim Devine to be his guest at the recent Watseka Kiwanis club meeting. Devine discussed new Illinois laws effective January 1, 2014; including voter registration rules, new litter law, medical marijuana issues, construction zone speed limits, cell phone usage while driving, laws regarding parents/children electronic device rights, and firearm concealed carry.
