Mr. Science Talks to Kids

The Watseka Masonic Lodge & the Watseka Park District hosted Spooky Science this last week.   Mr Science, Steve Belliveau brought his Getting Excited About Science program to amaze those in attendance.  Covering a wide range of topics he talked about affects of heat on objects, liquid nitrogen, and much more!  Mr. Belliveau fills a container with liquid nitrogen that he proceeded to fit multiple balloons into.  The balloons shrunk while exposed to the liquid nitrogen but as they warmed up they returned to their original size.
